VETOFLEX at British Equine Colic Symposium in Edinburgh

Our representatives are participating in the 14th World Symposium of Veterinarians, which is focused on colic.

colic symposium

10 July 2024 - 12 July 2024 The 14th International Symposium on Equine Colic will be held at Edinburgh, Surgeons Quarter, Nicolson Street, EH8 9DW.

It is a prestigious meeting for international equine clinicians and gastroenterology experts, focusing on the latest research and scientific advances in the treatment and prevention of colic-related diseases.

The VETOFLEX team will also participate in this year's event to present, among other things, the range of VETOFLEX colic recovery belts.

We recommend using the VETOFLEX RECOVERY BAND as part of the horse's recovery after colic surgery.

This bandage fulfills several functions - on the one hand, it protects the wound from the dusty environment and flying insects in the box, it also significantly strengthens the abdominal wall and prevents the formation of soft tissue swelling around the wound. For horses, it is comfortable, soft, reinforced with non-irritating materials. It is fully breathable, easy to maintain and disinfect.

In the VETOFLEX assortment, you will find both a colic recovery belt for riding and a colic recovery belt for stable.
